
By far, my favorite daily “go to”. So much so, that I cook up my own and infuse just about everything I digest with my Green Gold… caramels, butter, and lemon zest cake are a few of my favorites!

My from-scratch infused caramel Channa Bears are a byproduct of my tinctures. Drop one (or two) of these in your coffee or chai as a sweetener… instantaneous reaction. Once the bear is submerged in the hot liquid, the cannabinoids ignite. So, upon swallowing that first sip, pure tranquility. What’s better is you can sip throughout the day… a hot cup of calmness! Or you can just pop one (or two) in your mouth and let it melt on your tongue. The effect isn’t as fast, about 20 minutes, but the euphoric feeling is the same.

Another tincture byproduct, my homemade Lemon Zest Bundt Cake! No cannabis tang; just sweet, old-fashioned lemon pound cake. The frosting is infused as well. Keep in mind that the decarboxylation process for infusing foods that require heat and those that don’t is different. A 200 proof alcohol is preferred when decarboxylating for heated foods and MCT oil for non-heated foods. Remember, foods that are not exposed to heat will have a slower “take-off” time. So, depending on your tolerance level, I suggest starting with a hot food to immediately ignite the desired effect. Whether it’s pain relief, stress relief, or angst relief, start hot and then follow up with unheated foods to maintain the feeling.
