
My cannabis journey has spanned across both areas, but the most effective for me now is THC. The medicinal benefits have proven better than prescription drugs and the ability to infuse the oil from the plant into food is the cherry on top.
It is important to understand, that even though both THC and CBD, are similar in their healing effect, knowing your tolerance level and what works best for your system is important and pretty easy to gauge.
Most people opt will opt for either a sativa, indica, or hybrid strain. My preference, before I knew better, was always sativa because the common misconception was sativa will keep you active. Whereas, on the flip side, indica would calm you all the way to sleep. Not so!
